EOT Cultural Transition
- Practical guidance and tools to foster open dialogue, build trust, and inspire active participation across your workforce.
- Cultural Change coaching plan and subsequent coaching sessions for Trustees, Directors and Employees.
- Equip your leadership and employee representatives with the knowledge and skills needed to champion and govern your EOT effectively.
- Ongoing Support & Best Practice Reviews.
- Benefit from our ongoing advisory services, including regular reviews, workshops, and updates to help you adapt and excel as your EOT matures.

Pre-Completion Independent Trustee Role
- Trustee integrated into your team pre legal completion.
- Help ensure HMRC compliance with regard to fair price and trustee structure.
- Help ensure compliance with Trust Deed.
- Liaison with the Board of Directors, or appointed EOT Engagement Director.
- Attendance at quarterly trustee meetings.
- Chairperson (if required).

Post-Completion Independent Trustee Role
- Liaison with the Board of Directors, or appointed EOT Engagement Director.
- Attendance at quarterly trustee meetings.
- Chairperson (if required).
- Ensuring compliance with Trust Deed.
