At JGF Consulting Ltd, we specialise in management support, focusing on the Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) model. Our mission is to empower businesses to navigate the complexities of EOT transitions effectively. 

We help you get it right from the start, ensuring you have the robust structure and support in place to drive genuine employee engagement and successfully manage the vital cultural change that underpins a thriving EOT.

As the founder of JGF Consulting, I have experienced first hand the transition from privately owned business to EOT and the difficulties that present themselves across all parts of the business as the culture shifts to this new way of working.

I have over a decade of experience as a Director Owner, Partner and now Trustee of a thriving Architectural and Engineering practice and have gone on to passionately promote EOTs and help others embarking on the journey.

Family is important to me and I am proud to be able to partner with my sister, former Head of Culture for a major bank and now owner of her own business guiding companies through cultural change. Between us we bring the perfect balance of skill and expiernece to help others navigate the EOT transition.

We work alongside accountants and legal teams and would be happy to make recommedations if required.
