My background is in civil engineering, with over 20 years of experience in the design or roads, drainage and associated works. 

I spent over 13 years as owner of a successful multidisciplinary consultancy before exiting the business via and employee ownership trust.

I created JGF Consulting Limited to help others on the EOT journey, having lived and breathed an EOT. And also to continue to help clients ensure their civil engineering consultants are providing coherent value driven designs and provide second opinions on technically challenging sites.
